Cleo is easy to make and oh so comfortable to wear. Make it dungaree-style with buckles or as a pinafore with buttons, with mini- or knee-length hem, optional centre front split, choice of patch pockets and contrast topstitching.
Wear Cleo year round, over a top in the summer or with a roll neck and snuggly tights in winter. Once you try it, you’ll wonder how you lived without a dungaree dress!
Fabric and notions:
Mini length: between 1.2m and 1.6m
Knee length: between 1.5m and 2.3m
2 dungaree buckles, or 2 buttons if making a Pinafore.
Frankie's Tip: Our Kylie and the Machine Buckles work perfectly with this pattern!
Go for a medium to heavy weight woven material that holds its shape, such as denim, corduroy, cotton drill, gabardine, canvas or wool.
